Returns Policy

Fulana accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.


No products may be returned to Fulana without the prior written consent of Fulana and are subject to a return charge.


How do I exchange or return my product?

To request the return or exchange of a product, you must contact us, send us the purchase invoice, a photo of the product to be exchanged and the reason.


The product to be returned or exchanged must not show any signs of use, stains, alterations or adjustments of any kind, and must be in the same condition as delivered with all the necessary information:

- in the same condition as delivered with all original labels attached;

- in suitable packaging;

- with all the items that make up the product, such as the box, laces, etc;

- with the purchase invoice together with the product in its packaging.


The request must be made within a maximum of 7 days of receiving the product, and the costs for the return or exchange will be paid by the buyer.


Once the product has been received and analyzed by the Quality Department, you will be authorized to exchange it:

- Exchange for another product; or

- Receive a credit (voucher) for the value of the purchase, valid for up to 6 months; or

- Receive a refund of the purchase (valid for return requests initiated within 7 days).


Regardless of the option chosen, the amount considered will be that actually PAID for the returned product(s).


Exchanges depend on availability in our stock and from our suppliers.


Exchanges or returns of used products or products with wear marks will not be allowed.
